You’re ready to move forward with your project. Now it’s time to review and sign your construction contract.
Your contract puts the important details of the project in writing, including the scope of work, payment terms, project schedule, responsibilities, and procedures for handling changes along the way.
Review the Details
Take the time to review the contract carefully before signing. If you have questions about the scope, schedule, payment terms, or any other part of the agreement, our team is happy to walk through it with you.
Construction projects can evolve, so the contract also establishes a clear change order process for additions or modifications that may arise during construction.
Sign Online
When you’re ready, we’ll send your contract securely by email for electronic signature. There’s no need to print, mail, or schedule an in-person signing.
Once the contract is signed, we’ll provide an invoice for the initial deposit. The deposit allows us to begin coordinating materials, scheduling, and other preparations for your project.
Contract signed. Deposit received. Let’s get building.
